    How migration works

A straightforward 3-step process with dedicated support at every stage.

    1

    Share Your Data

Send us your exports, spreadsheets, or let our partners collect data in the field. We accept CSV, Shapefile, GDB, API connections, and more.

    2

    We Map & Configure

Our team maps your data to AtlasView's flexible schema. Custom asset types, condition fields, and treatments are created automatically to match your setup.

    3

    Review & Go Live

Review everything in a staging environment with your team. Once approved, go live with zero downtime and full data integrity.

    Migration FAQ

How long does migration typically take?

Most migrations are completed in 2–4 weeks, depending on data complexity and the number of asset types. Simple spreadsheet migrations can be done in under a week.

Will I lose any historical data?

No. We preserve all historical records, condition assessments, and treatment histories from your previous system.

What if my data isn't clean?

That's expected — and we handle it. Our migration process includes data validation, deduplication, and cleanup as part of the standard workflow.

Is there a cost for migration support?

Migration support is included with all AtlasView plans. For complex enterprise migrations, we offer dedicated project management.

Can I run both systems in parallel?

Yes. We recommend a parallel run period so your team can validate everything before fully switching over.

    Ready to make the switch?

Our team will walk you through the migration process and answer any questions about your specific setup.
