Who we are
AtlasView provides infrastructure asset management software to public agencies and their partners. Our office is at 6001 W Parmer Ln, Suite 370, Austin, TX 78727. For any privacy question, email info@atlasview.co.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, work email, agency, phone number and the contents of enquiries — and basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. Customers also upload agency data (asset inventories, condition records, photos and documents) into their AtlasView workspace.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and support the platform, process billing, keep the service secure, and send service communications. We use aggregated technical information to improve product performance and content.
Customer data
Data uploaded into an AtlasView workspace belongs to the customer agency. We process it only to provide the service, under the customer's instructions, and we do not sell it or use it to train third-party models. Customers can export their data in open formats at any time.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate — including cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services) and mapping services — under contracts that restrict their use of it. We may also disclose information where required by law. Public agencies should note that their own records may be subject to public records laws.
Security and retention
AtlasView is hosted on AWS with access controls and regular backups. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email info@atlasview.co and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the site and to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may then not work as intended.
International transfers
AtlasView serves customers in the United States, Mexico and elsewhere. Where information is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for material changes, notify customers directly.
This policy is provided for general information and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before being relied upon in a contract or procurement process.
