Configurable module of the AtlasView platform
Asset Management
Most agencies know roughly what they own. AtlasView turns 'roughly' into a current, map-based inventory your whole team can trust — including asset types nobody sold you a module for.
What is the AtlasView asset management module?
AtlasView asset management is a map-based inventory and condition register for public infrastructure. Agencies track pavement, sidewalks, curb ramps, signs, streetlights, stormwater and custom asset types in one system, with condition scores, history and notes on every record.
This is a configurable module inside AtlasView, not a standalone product. Turn it on when you need it, adjust its fields, condition rules and deterioration curves, and manage it on the same map, reports and work plans as every other module.
Key capabilities
Dynamic asset types
Create a new asset class — bridges, benches, bike racks — with your own fields, without waiting on a vendor release.
Condition tracking over time
Store inspection history, condition scores and custom condition scales, and see deterioration trends per segment.
Documents and notes
Attach inspection reports and warranty documents directly to the asset record.
Field-ready
Crews update condition and notes from a phone or tablet; the office sees it on the map immediately.
Frequently asked questions
- What asset types does AtlasView support?
- Pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA curb ramps, stormwater assets, signage, streetlights, parks and parking lots ship out of the box, and you can define custom asset types with your own fields.
- Can we import our existing inventory?
- Yes. AtlasView imports from spreadsheets, shapefiles, geodatabases and legacy asset systems as part of onboarding, and migration support is included in every plan.
