Configurable module of the AtlasView platform
Parking Lot Asset Management
Parking lots are pavement too — and they are usually the assets nobody has an inventory for.
What is the AtlasView parking lot asset management module?
AtlasView parking lot asset management tracks parking lot pavement condition, deterioration and treatment planning across multiple sites, producing a prioritized resurfacing plan for campuses, agencies and property owners. Other site features such as signage, lighting and striping are tracked in their own dedicated modules or as custom asset types.
This is a configurable module inside AtlasView, not a standalone product. Turn it on when you need it, adjust its fields, condition rules and deterioration curves, and manage it on the same map, reports and work plans as every other module.
Key capabilities
Multi-site inventory
Every lot's pavement mapped with area, surface type and ownership.
Lot condition scoring
Condition scoring on lot pavement using the same distress-based approach as roadway pavement.
Deterioration modeling
Project how lot pavement ages so resurfacing is planned ahead of failure, not after.
Treatment planning
Plan sealcoat, crack seal and overlay cycles per lot instead of reacting to complaints.
Cost per site
Compare cost, condition and remaining life across sites to allocate a shared budget.
